Meadow Design

White slip is applied to the pot. We then hand carve our Meadow design through the slip to reveal the iron rich clay beneath. The pots are then coated in our pale celadon glaze. The heavy reduction atmosphere of the wood fired kiln brings such warmth and depth to this clay/slip/glaze combination.
